Referral Policy and Process |
In order to collect the $4000 referral bonus, you must adhere to the following procedure:
- Referrer must call or email (referral@vecna.com) the HR department to refer the candidate before the candidate fills out an online application (must include full names of referred and referrer, and referrer's email).
- Referrer will receive a confirmation number for the referral. The number will be given only once. It is the referrer's responsibility not to lose this number; for security reasons the number will not be given again. THE BONUS CANNOT BE CLAIMED WITHOUT THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER, NO EXCEPTIONS!
- The candidate must mention the referral confirmation number in the first sentence of his/her cover letter.
- It is up to the referrer to keep in touch with the candidate to see if candidate was hired.
- Once candidate has been employed full time by Vecna for six months, referrer should contact the HR department and present confirmation number.
- A check for $4000 will be issued to non-employees and a $4000 bonus will be added to the pay check of employees. (Check will be made out to the original referrer recorded by the confirmation number, no exceptions.)
