Referral Policy and Process
In order to collect the $4000 referral bonus, you must adhere to the following procedure:
  1. Referrer must call or email (referral@vecna.com) the HR department to refer the candidate before the candidate fills out an online application (must include full names of referred and referrer, and referrer's email).

  2. Referrer will receive a confirmation number for the referral. The number will be given only once. It is the referrer's responsibility not to lose this number; for security reasons the number will not be given again. THE BONUS CANNOT BE CLAIMED WITHOUT THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER, NO EXCEPTIONS!

  3. The candidate must mention the referral confirmation number in the first sentence of his/her cover letter.

  4. It is up to the referrer to keep in touch with the candidate to see if candidate was hired.

  5. Once candidate has been employed full time by Vecna for six months, referrer should contact the HR department and present confirmation number.

  6. A check for $4000 will be issued to non-employees and a $4000 bonus will be added to the pay check of employees. (Check will be made out to the original referrer recorded by the confirmation number, no exceptions.)
